I am sure you all know who John Cena is. He is famous for his role in the WWE and also has starred in several movies.

Squats : 500lbs
Deadlift : 545lbs
Bench press : 405lbs
Close grip : 365lbs
Incline dumbell press : 140lbs

  1. I always WWE is more acting than anything... but... the man can obviously squat, deadlift, bench press, close grip and incline dumbell press the part.... DAMN... I need to hit the gym more often...
